Mr. Rafael Cuellar is President/CEO of Cuellar LLC, Shop Rite Liquors of Clifton LLC, and RC Fitness LLC dba respectively Shop Rite of Passaic/Clifton, Shop Rite Wines and Spirits of Clifton, and Crunch Fitness of Clifton all in New Jersey, where he oversees all company operations.  Mr. Cuellar previously was President/CEO of ECO & Sons Inc. and Daisy ECO Inc. as well as was a Naval Officer in the United States Navy.  He also sits on the board of directors of the New Jersey Food Council, the president’s council of Fordham University, the foundation board of William Paterson University, the board of directors of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, the board of directors of the Latino Coalition of the United States, and is a commissioner on the Sales Use and Tax commission of the state of New Jersey.

Mr. Cuellar earned his M.B.A. in food marketing and management from St. Joseph’s University and completed the OPM program at Harvard University in March of 2019. He also holds a B.A. in economics from Fordham University.
